Course Description
"A Sea Change", an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion educational webinar, was created expressly for LLL USA Leaders. This project was commissioned by LLL USA and has been expertly developed and narrated by Perinatal Equity Strategist and LLL Leader Nekisha Killings, MPH, IBCLC. The presentation will aid the Leader in recognizing personal biases by turning the lens inward. Leaders will identify biases in light of the grammar of equity and gain further understanding as this relates to lactation support and LLL leadership.
